Luna's cozy bedroom was filled with many soft, colorful toys.

Her very favorite was a super cuddly teddy bear named Fuzzy.

Every evening, Luna gave Fuzzy a big, warm, sleepy hug.

Luna: “Goodnight, sweet Fuzzy.”

Luna tucked him close, then quickly drifted off to sleep.

As the bright moon shone through the window, Fuzzy's button eyes slowly blinked open.

Fuzzy stretched his fuzzy, sleepy paws out wide.

Fuzzy: “Oh, tummy rumbles!”

He felt a funny, grumbly, very hungry feeling inside.

Fuzzy: “Need yummy snack now!”

Fuzzy carefully wiggled off the big, soft bed.

The kitchen floor felt cool and smooth under his tiny feet.

He tiptoed silently to the tall, cold, white fridge.

Fuzzy: “Oh dear, too big!”

Fuzzy pushed with his soft, strong, determined paws.

Fuzzy: “Still too big!”

He spotted a bright, cheerful yellow banana on the counter.

Fuzzy: “Yellow friend waits!”

Fuzzy stretched his little, stubby arm way, way up high.

Fuzzy: “Almost, too high!”

He found a small, very wobbly wooden stool.

Fuzzy: “Up, up I go!”

Fuzzy carefully climbed onto the wobbly stool.

Fuzzy: “Look, almost there!”

With a final big, hopeful stretch, the banana wobbled and rolled off.

Fuzzy: “Oops! Silly banana!”

Fuzzy tumbled gently down from the stool.

Then he saw a tiny, shiny, sweet-smelling crumb on the floor.

Fuzzy: “Oh, perfect treat!”

Fuzzy happily nibbled the crumb, then patted his full, happy tummy.

He waddled back to Luna's soft bed and snuggled close, fast asleep.
