Lila's Laughable Spots
लीला के मज़ेदार धब्बे
Lila the ladybug wakes up to find her beloved spots have disappeared! With her friend Ferdinand the firefly, she searches the garden for her missing polka dots, leading to a silly and surprising discovery.
A sunny garden stretched, buzzing with tiny, happy friends, full of sweet smells.
Lila: “Oh, I love my bright, cherry-red shell!”
She wiggled her antennae happily, feeling the warm sun on her little wings.
Lila: “My spots! So perfectly round and shiny!”
Ferdinand: “They shine like tiny stars, Lila!”
Ferdinand: “Hello, Lila! Are you admiring your beautiful shell again?”
Lila woke next morning on a fresh, dew-kissed green leaf, shimmering brightly.
She stretched her little legs and tiny wings, ready for a new, sunny day.
Lila: “Time for fun! Oh, wait a minute...”
Lila: “Oh, my antennae! My spots are gone!”
Her red shell, usually so vibrant, was completely plain, not a single dot in sight!
Lila: “Where could all my funny spots have scampered off to?”
Ferdinand: “Your spots? All vanished? That's quite a mystery!”
Ferdinand: “Yes! Poof! Like morning mist! All ten of them!”
Ferdinand: “Let's check the big red rose! Maybe they fell in?”
They flew to a big, velvety red rose petal and carefully looked deep inside.
Lila: “No spots here! Just soft, red petals!”
Ferdinand: “How about the wobbly mushroom? Peek-a-boo!”
Ferdinand peeked under the tiny, blue-capped mushroom, shining his glow-light.
Ferdinand: “Not here either! My light can't find a single one!”
They arrived at a big, cheerful patch of sun-warmed raspberries, ripe and juicy.
Barnaby: “Good morning, little flyers! What's all the busy fuss?”
Barnaby the Beetle slowly munched a sweet, juicy raspberry, looking calm and wise.
Lila: “Barnaby, my spots are completely gone! My funny, round spots!”
Barnaby: “Hmm, spots missing? That's certainly amusing. Look here!”
Barnaby pointed with a strong leg to his own big, wrinkly, green raspberry leaf.
Lila: “Oh, what's that sticky, sparkly bit?”
Lila: “Oh, my goodness! Silly, silly me! Here they are!”
Barnaby: “Always look where you polished, little one! Very funny!”
Lila carefully dabbed her ten perfect spots back onto her shell, feeling very happy.
That night, Lila snuggled under a soft, velvety petal, smiling big, dreaming of polka dots and silly, spotty adventures.
