She watched the big round moon.

Pippin: “So round! So bright!”

Pippin: “I must paint the moon!”

Pippin looked at her paints.

Pippin: “No glitter! No gleam!”

Pippin: “All my colors are dull!”

Pippin: “Too dark! Too boring!”

Pippin: “Where is moon-shine paint?”

Then, a sparkly idea popped!

The moonlit garden twinkled.

Pippin tip-toed through grass.

Pippin: “Hello, Shelly Snail!”

Shelly: “Who's there?”

Pippin: “It's me, Pippin!”

Pippin: “I need moon-paint!”

Shelly: “Moon-paint, friend?”

Pippin: “Yes! Super shiny paint!”

Shelly pointed a tiny eye.

Shelly: “Look there, small artist.”

Moonbeams danced on water.

Pippin dipped a tiny paw.

Pippin: “Oh! Sparkly! Shimmering!”

Pippin painted a silver flower.

Pippin: “Look, Shelly! So shiny!”

Shelly: “It glows with magic!”

Shelly: “Perfect! Simply perfect!”

Pippin curled up, sleepy now.
