Puddle the duckling loved his peaceful pond.

The sheep-cloud, Floof, floated higher.

Puddle: “Oh, so far away!”

Floof stretched into a long, funny snake.

Puddle: “What a silly snake!”

Puddle: “How do you play?”

Puddle paddled fast, round and round.

Puddle: “Play a game, Floof?”

Floof puffed into a giant, wobbly bunny.

Puddle: “A funny, hopping bunny!”

Puddle: “So big and soft!”

Puddle jumped, splashing water.

Puddle: “I want a cloud-hug!”

Floof released a tiny, soft sprinkle.

Puddle: “Oh, little wet kisses!”

Puddle: “Tickly, tickly fun!”

Puddle giggled, shaking his head.

Puddle: “Are you happy, Floof?”

Puddle: “You play your cloud-way.”

Floof slowly shaped into a big, soft heart.

Puddle: “My funny cloud-heart!”

Puddle: “I like your games!”

Puddle felt happy, watching Floof.

The sun dipped down, painting the sky with calm colors.

Puddle snuggled into his nest, dreaming of Floof.
