Squiggle's Silly Moon-Art
स्क्विगल की शरारती चाँद-कला
Squiggle the kitten loves to paint funny pictures with magical moonlight. But when the moon hides behind clouds, he has to find a gentle way to make it shine again for his art.
The soft, sleepy evening settled over Squiggle's cozy little home, where warm blankets awaited.
Squiggle, a fluffy ginger kitten with a playful tail, simply loved to paint funny, imaginative pictures.
He always dipped his special tiny brush into shimmering moonbeams, gathering silvery light like magical paint.
Squiggle: “Moon-paint is the best!”
Tonight, he giggled, making big, swishy-swashy, silly art all across his tiny, invisible canvas.
His quiet studio corner, tucked under a window, always smelled faintly of sleepy dreams and happy purrs.
But one cloudy night, big, puffy clouds stretched across the whole sky, hiding the moon completely.
Squiggle waited patiently, brush in paw, but no moonbeams appeared for his artwork.
Squiggle: “Where's the moon now?”
His beloved moon-paint brush, usually sparkling, stayed completely dry and very, very sad.
Squiggle felt his whiskers droop and his whole body go floppy, like a deflated balloon.
Squiggle: “No moon, no art!”
First, he tried a very loud, determined "MEOW!" aimed right at the biggest cloud.
Squiggle: “Come out, sleepy moon!”
The fluffy clouds just stayed put, seeming to wiggle a little, giggling softly.
Next, Squiggle jumped as high as he possibly could, stretching his front paws towards the dark sky.
Squiggle: “I can almost reach!”
But no matter how high he bounced, he couldn't quite touch the cloudy ceiling.
Suddenly, a tiny, sleepy moth named Flutterby, with soft, dusty wings, fluttered nearby.
Flutterby: “Why grumpy, little one?”
Squiggle: “Moon won't shine, Flutterby!”
Flutterby: “Try a gentle whisper.”
Squiggle took a deep breath and hummed a tiny, rumbling purr, blowing it at the clouds.
Slowly, ever so slowly, the big, fluffy clouds started to thin, like melting cotton candy.
A sliver of the bright, pearly moon finally peeked through a little gap in the clouds.
Squiggle: “Just a tiny beam!”
He quickly dipped his fluffy tail, then his brush, swish, swish, into the precious light.
With careful, speedy strokes, he painted a tiny, sparkly, wobbly mouse with very silly whiskers.
Squiggle: “It's hilariously silly!”
Squiggle yawned a big, happy, stretching yawn, feeling warm and content from his art.
Squiggle: “Sweet dreams, funny moon!”
